Because we hold thousands of pairs of footwear in stock, both at our warehouse, and in our shop, we are able to dispatch most orders within a few days, 95% of all order completed orders are sent within 5 days.
How is my order sent?
We use parcelforce as our delivery agent, which ensures that your order is fully insured and is completely trackable. We DO NOT sent via 2nd class post etc.
The parcel is sent in a standard parcelforce packaging, with the senders details shown as AF UK LTD. Orders are sent on a standard 48 hour service, this can be upgraded by you our customer if required.
Our FREE DELIVERY offer, is valid until the 31st March 2008, and is only available to UK mainland customers whos order value exceeds £50. Please note : Items returned for exchange will be subject to a reshipping fee, however orders that were not applicable for free delivery will not be a charged a second P&P charge.
